Note: The size of the Lei will alternated the shipping charge, for instance, we can pack 20 single Tuberose Leis into No 10 Box ( $48.50 ) because they are small Leis. But the No 10 Box won't able to carry  15 Sonia Leis, because their Leis size are 4 to 5 time bigger then the Single Tuberose Lei. Therefore, the No 9 Box is suitable for the 15 Sonia Orchid Leis and your shipping charge is $55.50 instead $48.50.

• Two-business day delivery to other US locations will arrive no later than 4:30 PM. Orders to these other US locations (which includes any where on East coast) can be shipped Monday through Wednesdays. ( for instance if you want the package arrive on Fridays then, the ship out date will be Wednesday ).

We regret to heard that the Silk Leis that your are receiving is not suitable for your event, however you did selected option1  " SUBSTITUTE WITH EQUAL VALUE" which means that you authorize us to make a substitution with any Leis         ( equal value only ) if the order item is not available at the time when you place the Silk Lei Order Online. Therefore, your will  obligated for the shipping charge even you return your Leis. Because our Silk Lei has been send as your request.

However, we willing to make the follow offer:  please login to the Silk Site place a new order and be sure select option2 " COLOR MATCH PHOTO ( you Lei price will jump to Double or Triple due the quantity of the Silk Lei that we have to purchase and meet your demand). Therefore, we will send you a new shipment of  Silk Leis and will credit the first charge back to your account for credit after the first shipment is return back to us.
